Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Services
TFM provides social media growth services including strategy, content creation, account management, and analytics for adult industry clients. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
Client obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to necessary accounts and assets. Clients must ensure their business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment terms
Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis as specified in the service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Limitation of liability
TFM provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, follower counts, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3-month period.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. TFM reserves the right to terminate immediately if the client engages in illegal activity or violates platform terms of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with EU commercial arbitration rules.
